FP&A Analyst

TDVina is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to driving business performance through innovation, efficiency, and data-driven strategy. As we expand our operations in Qatar, we are seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Mesaieed.

Position Overview
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting leadership in making informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business strategy
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and explain variances
• Prepare monthly management reports and executive summaries
• Partner with department heads to align financial plans with business goals
• Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Support scenario planning and investment analysis
• Enhance reporting processes and tools for better efficiency
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing with analytical insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
