Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Franchise Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new franchise partners. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your ability to develop strong relationships and manage territories effectively, will be key to expanding our franchise network and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential franchise candidates through phone call, text, and email efforts
  • Employ comprehensive business development activities to identify qualified franchise prospects within assigned territories
  • Present compelling pitch decks and demos for respective franchise brands to prospective partners, highlighting benefits and operational support
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and onboarding of new franchisees
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for territory management
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase lead generation and brand awareness

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or management roles with a focus on business development
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos and engaging with diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools for lead tracking and analysis
  • Ability to manage territory sales efficiently through territory management techniques
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement
  • Demonstrated success in inside sales, cold calling, or retail sales environments
  • Strong analysis skills to evaluate market opportunities and optimize sales strategies
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships

Compensation

The Franchise Sales Representative will be compensated through a combination of base salary plus commissions. The base salary for this position is $24,000 annually. There is no cap on earnings. The average Franchise Sales Representative earns approximately $100,000 annually.
