Freelance Lead-Generation Specialist – Solely Commission/Conversion Based

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Lead-Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is solely commission/conversion based, allowing you to leverage your skills in negotiation and sales to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and strategic outreach.We are a leading training institute offering courses and internships in areas such as Tally training, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Prompt Engineering, Digital Marketing and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify potential leads (students, job-seekers, industry professionals, housewives) interested in up-skilling in UI/UX, graphic design, digital marketing, Tally etc.
• Reach out to prospects via social media, WhatsApp, email, phone calls (as applicable) and initiate conversations.
• Follow up with prospects, qualify them and hand them over (or convert them) into enrolments.
• Track your leads, report conversion status, maintain accurate lead-database/spreadsheet.
• Work independently, hit conversion targets and communicate regularly with the institute’s coordinator.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in lead-generation, outreach, tele-selling, or similar.
• Strong communication skills (written + spoken), persuasive, and comfortable following-up.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to manage their own workflow.
• Familiar with digital marketing outreach channels (social media, WhatsApp groups, email).
• Good organisational skills and ability to maintain lead tracking accurately.
• (Bonus) Prior experience in education/training domain or knowledge of UI/UX, graphic design, digital marketing.

Payment Structure:

• Payment will be made per converted lead (i.e., when the prospect enrols or signs up for internship). You will be informed of the conversion value and your commission rates during selection.
• There is no fixed salary—your earnings depend entirely on your performance and conversions.
