Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at WP Coders, located in the Karachi Division. The role involves managing and driving business growth through Upwork by identifying new opportunities and leads. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, nurturing client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position requires proactive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to exceed business objectives consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Strategy and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working on freelancing platforms, particularly Upwork
• Proficiency in preparing professional proposals and presentations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the software or IT services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

• Performance Expectations (Mandatory):
• Daily KPI reporting (Google Sheet)
• Time tracking required (Time Doctor or similar)
• Weekly performance review

Experience

• Bidding: 1–2 years (Preferred)
• Upwork/Freelancer: 1–2 years (Required)
• Calling: 1–2 years (Preferred)
• Strong proposal writing and sales skills.
• Good understanding of Upwork algorithms and boosting.
• Excellent English communication skills.
