Freelance Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads for property sales and leasing.
  • Promote off-plan and secondary market properties to potential buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close successful transactions.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
