Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads for property sales and leasing.
- Promote off-plan and secondary market properties to potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close successful transactions.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
