Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between shippers and carriers to arrange and manage freight transportation.
• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers at competitive rates.
• Maintain and expand a strong carrier and customer network.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery with proactive communication.
• Handle contracts, rate confirmations, and compliance documentation.
• Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or damages effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a freight broker in U.S. logistics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain carrier and client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. lanes, markets, and freight operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
