About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our logistics team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in freight brokerage, load coordination, carrier negotiation, and managing end-to-end transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers for freight movement.
• Manage full-cycle brokerage operations from load booking to delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
• Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, rate confirmations, and documentation.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of freight markets, lanes, and carrier networks.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple loads.
• Familiarity with load boards, TMS platforms, and carrier sourcing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
