About the Role:

We are currently hiring enthusiastic and driven professionals for the position of Freight Brokers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international sales, cold calling, and client communication - preferably in the BPO, KPO, logistics, or related industries.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with carriers and shippers to ensure smooth freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international sales and cold calling to generate new leads and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and partners.
• Negotiate rates and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate shipments, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain records and update CRM systems with client and shipment details.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 1–3 years of experience in international sales / calling / cold calling.
2. Experience in BPO, KPO, logistics, or freight forwarding preferred.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. Good understanding of global markets and customer engagement.
