Key Responsibilities:

• Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers
• Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries in a timely manner
• Negotiate freight rates and maximize profit margins
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
• Track shipments and resolve any operational issues proactively
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates for each load
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams for smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain / Logistics is a plus)
• Fresh to 2 years of experience (Call center or logistics experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in night shift and handle pressure
• Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is an advantage
