About the Role
We are seeking a Freight Handover Executive specializing in Dangerous Goods (DG) to manage handover processes, ensure compliance with international DG regulations, and support seamless cargo movement. The role is critical in safeguarding operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage freight handover procedures with a focus on DG shipments.
• Verify DG documentation, labels, and packaging as per IATA/IMDG requirements.
• Coordinate between warehouse, operations, and carriers during handovers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate handover checklists and records.
• Escalate and report any discrepancies or non-compliance immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid DG certification is a must.
• Prior experience in freight operations or logistics, with exposure to Dangerous Goods.
• Strong knowledge of cargo handover processes and compliance standards.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and cargo management systems.
