We are looking for a Personal Assistant (Executive Secretary) to Chairman having experience in the UAE.
Requirements:
*Any European (except English) language speaking and writing (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Ukrainian, Polish, Belarusian, Serbian, Croatian, Hungarian or Estonian or else)
*Relevant experience according to the duties mentioned below.
Duties:
*Follow up with the company staff in accordance with the instructions of the Chairman.
*Calendar management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
*Schedule and follow up on personal appointments (medical, etc.)
*Meetings support and attendance.
*Email, messengers’ correspondence, follow-up (company and private if required).
*Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, including reports, memos, and individual letters, etc.
*Prepare presentations.
*Organizing and maintaining files and records.
*Perform other duties of the Personal Assistant (Executive Secretary) as assigned by the Chairman.
Office location: Deira, Dubai (near metro station).
Salary: negotiable, based on experience.
