We are looking for a responsible and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and assist customers with their queries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage customer calls
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle customer complaints and offer appropriate solutions
• Enter and update customer data in the system

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team
• Previous experience in a call center is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
