Position Title: ZNOC

Qualifications/Competencies:

• Education: B.Sc Engineering (Electrical/Telecom/Computer Science)

Network/transmission (Fresh graduates may be considered)

• Certifications: CCNA/CCNP certified
• Skills: Teamwork and excellent communication skills

Salary: 37K (negotiable based on experience)

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitoring power/hardware/environmental alarms
• Coordination with field staff of OFAN and NOD Field staff for different tasks and fault rectification
• Ticket monitoring and closure with correct Cause Codes (MSAGs/Partial Outage/GPON outage/Temp issues/Hardware issues)
• L3 support/coordination for hardware issues
• Partial Outage Reporting and resolution
• Analysis of cable cuts and measures to reduce total number
• Ring completion of MSAGs to improve network availability
• Opening and closing of tickets with vendors
• Cable cut restoration as per KPIs & SLAs
• Fiber built-up for commissioning of MSAGs/corporate/carrier links
• Generation of daily, weekly, monthly reports related to cable cuts/low power issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
