Overview:
Red Star Technologies is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder Intern to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, proposal development, and project coordination. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build skills in freelancing platforms, business development, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Assist in drafting customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Support communication with prospective clients to clarify project scope and expectations.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Maintain organized records of bids, client communications, and follow-ups.
- Support senior team members in managing client relationships and maintaining the project pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (completed).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of freelancing platforms; training will be provided.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
