Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fresh Real Estate Agents. No prior experience in real estate is required—just a strong work ethic, a passion for property, and the drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the Abu Dhabi property market, including residential and commercial sectors
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and support clients throughout the transaction process
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio through networking and lead generation
• Collaborate with senior agents and internal teams to support marketing and sales efforts
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings

Qualifications

• No prior real estate experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• UAE driving license preferred
