Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm
Pay: $27 per hour

Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all guests and be responsible for creating a warm welcoming experience.
- Oversee the appearance of the reception and conference room areas; ensuring they are always presentable and ready to welcome incoming visitors, vendors, and VIP guests.
- Manage guest security badges; documenting check-out and check-in and deactivations when security badge or fob is lost.
- Act as the primary contact for any building-related issues and place service request tickets with Building Maintenance (i.e. HVAC/climate control requests, spills, damage to structural space, etc.)
- Stock & tidy kitchen pantries & workroom office supplies
- Ability to manage multiple documents for projects from multiple vendors.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Ability to read documents in detail and comprehend what is written.
- Ability to multitask for event execution.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare USPS Mail & Accountable Express packages for outbound shipment
- Adm Experience in scheduling, vetting, and communicating with hospitality vendors to procure the following services (catering, hotel reservations, parking, event planning, breakout rooms)
- Provide administrative support on various Excel-related projects.
SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, MS Teams)
- Good written and oral Communication skills
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
