We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information.
• Process reservations through phone systems and online platforms, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Conduct night audits as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Skills

• Strong background in customer service with experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems to manage reservations and inquiries.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk operations including night audit processes is advantageous.
• Exceptional guest relations skills, ensuring every visitor feels valued and attended to.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns efficiently.
