Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate excellent guest relations skills. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at our resort.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Fosse system
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with reservations and manage room assignments using hotel management software.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Proficient phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.
  • Experience in resort or hotel management is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
