Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. If you enjoy interacting with guests and ensuring their stay is memorable, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services
- Assist guests with luggage and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems for booking and reservations
- Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous
