Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at our dual-brand Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites property. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while efficiently managing front desk operations during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area information
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and presentable
  • Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reports
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; hotel system experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Dependable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
