Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at our dual-brand Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites property. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while efficiently managing front desk operations during the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area information
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reports
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; hotel system experience preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
