Front Desk Agent

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is beneficial

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our hotel guests. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive guest experience.
