Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings with precision
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and providing helpful information
Experience
- Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven customer service background with excellent communication abilities in a bilingual setting preferred
- Familiarity with front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Experience with PeP
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong typing skills combined with time management expertise to prioritize tasks effectively
