Front Desk Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The shifts available will vary between 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm. Must be available to work on Sundays from 7am-3pm.

As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Duties

• Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
• Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
• Uphold high standards of customer service in line with hospitality management principles.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette
