Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 45,000 per month

Job Description

We are seeking a well-groomed, professional, and courteous Front Desk Coordinator to manage front desk operations and administrative support. The ideal candidate must be organized, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors; direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines; maintain a log of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Manage the visitor log and ensure proper documentation.
  • Distribute incoming mail to relevant Heads of Departments (HODs).
  • Operate biometric attendance system efficiently.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic front desk environment.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
