Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Executive with basic accounting knowledge to manage front office operations and assist with day-to-day accounts activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office files and administrative records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
- Perform basic accounting entries and data entry
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks is an advantage)
- Good communication skills in English
- Well-presented and organized
- Arabic Language is Advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
