Front Desk Executive (with Accounts Knowledge)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Executive with basic accounting knowledge to manage front office operations and assist with day-to-day accounts activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office files and administrative records
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
  • Perform basic accounting entries and data entry
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks is an advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Well-presented and organized
  • Arabic Language is Advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
