Front Desk Manager

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and providing prompt assistance or information as needed.
  • Handle all front desk duties including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing visitor sign-in procedures.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders when necessary, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and well-stocked.
  • Utilize computer skills to operate Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace applications, and other relevant software for administrative tasks.
  • Support office management activities such as calendar management, proofreading documents, and coordinating meetings or events.

Experience

  • Prior experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and general office equipment.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling basic financial tasks.
  • Experience working in medical or dental reception environments is advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
