Front Desk Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and proactive Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while also playing a key role in supporting sales efforts. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle both administrative and sales-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Provide information to visitors about company services and products.
  • Engage with incoming customers to understand their needs.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage appointment schedules.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Coordinate with the team to manage customer appointments and follow-ups.
  • Track and report customer inquiries and sales leads.
  • Maintain and update visitor and customer records.
  • Assist HR and Administration departments with various tasks.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with some experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
