1. Job Title: Front Desk Officer

3. Location: Barki Road, Paragon City, Lahore
4. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients and visitors professionally, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently using patient management systems.
- Maintain and update patient records, forms, and files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing patients appropriately.
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and prepare daily financial reports accurately.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Any other task assigned by concerned supervisor and management.
5. Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in patient registration, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Skilled in cash handling and financial reporting
- Familiar with patient management systems and form processing
- Strong computer literacy and organizational abilities
6. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in healthcare sector or a clinic setting.
