Front Desk Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet persons entering organization

Direct persons to correct destination

Deal with queries from the public and customers over the phone

Ensures knowledge of customer movements in and out of organization

Makes a records of all walk in customers

Take the feedback from sales person about customers

Communication:

Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary

Place telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed

Make record of daily calls

Prepare monthly calls sheet

Mail & Deliveries:

Send, receive, sort & distribute mail and deliveries

Make record of daily mail & deliveries

General administrative and clerical support for administration department

Any other task assigned by supervisor


Requirements


Qualification:
A minimum of: Bachelor’s Degree Major: Any discipline

Experience:A minimum of: 1 year is preferred Desirable: 2 years

Special Competencies: Basic Computer skills, Exchange handling
