Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and check in visitors, clients, or patients in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Respond to basic questions and provide information about services or the office
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Administrative Support
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain and update records, files, or databases
  • Scan, fax, and copy documents as needed
  • Office Coordination
  • Communicate messages between staff and clients
  • Assist with office supply ordering and inventory
  • Help coordinate meeting rooms or appointments
  • Support staff with general clerical tasks
