Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer support
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and clarity
  • Maintain organized files, data entry records, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and support office management activities
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness
  • Support administrative tasks including typing reports, updating databases, and supporting team members with personal assistant responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is advantageous
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is a plus
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed and proofreading skills
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is beneficial but not required
