Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred)

Job Summary

Jarrett Concrete Products & Supply is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, drivers, and vendors. This role manages walk-ins, answers incoming calls, creates tickets, coordinates pickups and drop-offs, and handles all front office reception duties.

We are looking for someone dependable who can multitask, stay organized, and represent our company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all walk-in customers and visitors
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Create and process customer tickets accurately
  • Coordinate product pickups and drop-offs with yard and production teams
  • Communicate effectively with sales, dispatch, and management
  • Maintain organized records, invoices, and daily paperwork
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
  • Manage general reception tasks (mail, filing, scheduling, data entry, etc.)
  • Keep front office area organized and professional
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
