Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional customer service. In addition, the Receptionist will manage front-desk operations and assist in administrative tasks to support our team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and members with a welcoming attitude.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings for gym services.
• Process client registrations and payments as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
