Front Desk Scheduler – Call Center Experience Preferred

Complete Dental Works is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler who brings energy to every conversation and knows how to manage a busy schedule with confidence. If you’ve worked in a call center, medical office, or dental practice, and love connecting with people while keeping things organized, we want to meet you.

This is not just a front desk role. You’ll be the first voice patients hear and the person who sets the tone for their entire experience. You’ll need to think fast, speak clearly, and guide patients toward scheduling the care they need—while making them feel at ease and supported.

Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of inbound calls with a friendly, persuasive tone
Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software
Welcome and check in patients in person with warmth and professionalism
Manage changes in the schedule and optimize provider time
Explain basic services and office policies with clarity and enthusiasm
Coordinate with clinical, billing, and new patient teams to keep the day running smoothly
Maintain accurate patient records and organized front desk flow

What We’re Looking For
Experience in call centers or phone-heavy front desk roles
Proven ability to manage scheduling and handle multiple calls at once
Strong people skills with a positive, persuasive, and upbeat personality
Confident communication and fast thinking on the phone
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask without missing a beat
Experience with dental or medical software is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
