Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor with Opera Experience to lead our guest services team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences for our guests. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and coordinate guest relations to create memorable stays. Duties

  • Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, handling inquiries with courteous phone etiquette in multiple languages if applicable
  • Coordinate guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly and effectively
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure operational accuracy
  • Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details
  • Support the training and development of front desk team members to uphold hospitality standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front desk operations
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual environment
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS
  • Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred for enhanced guest relations
  • Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Prior hotel or resort experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with hospitality best practices
