Job Description

  • Answer phone calls

Skills

Minimum Education / Substituted Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Business, Customer Service or related degree preferred (completed or ongoing)

In the role of Front Desk/Sales, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your core skills in clerical tasks, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities will be essential in managing front desk operations efficiently. With a high school diploma or GED, you will utilize your bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish to enhance client interactions. Your premium skills in office management and experience with multi-line phone systems will ensure a smooth workflow, while relevant skills in Microsoft Office and data entry will support daily tasks. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
