Front Office Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a Front Office Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role combines customer service, retail support, and administrative tasks, while also supporting our sales team with estimates and order entry.

If you enjoy working with people but want a role with more consistent daytime hours, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming phone calls with professionalism
  • Support the sales team by typing estimates in QuickBooks and entering work orders
  • Assist with product research and presentations using promotional product software
  • Support Administrative and Office Operations
  • Accurately process purchases, returns, and handle cash/credit transactions
  • Perform general administrative tasks and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to follow processes and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Outlook
  • Comfortable typing and working on a computer for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience

  • Previous administrative assistant or customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
