A reputed Training & Professional Development Institute in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking an experienced Male Front Office Executive to efficiently manage reception and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communication.
  • Manage student registrations, course inquiries, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain office files, attendance records, and front desk reports.
  • Track daily walk-ins and follow up with potential leads.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Support general administrative and clerical tasks when needed.

Requirements:

  • Male candidates only (as per job requirement).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (institute experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, well-mannered, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
