Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all front desk and reception operations.
  • Ensure courteous, efficient, and professional interaction with patients, attendants, and visitors.
  • Oversee patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing coordination.
  • Manage front office staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between reception, billing, nursing, and OPD/IPD departments.
  • Monitor the maintenance of the front office area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
  • Implement and maintain SOPs as per hospital and NABH standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to patient flow and front office activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital data.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Hospital Management / Administration preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in hospital front office operations or patient relations.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of hospital software (HIS) and MS Office.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle patient escalations.
  • Understanding of NABH documentation and patient service protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
