Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift) — Monday to Saturday

About the Role
Xpo9tial LLP is seeking a motivated and confident Front Sales Executive with experience in E-commerce, Amazon services, or Digital Marketing sales. The role involves engaging with international clients, building relationships, and converting leads through professional communication across call, chat, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and communicate with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups via calls, email, and chat.
• Present relevant service solutions and close sales deals.
• Maintain records, track progress, and update CRM or lead management tools.
• Achieve monthly goals related to outreach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in E-commerce / Digital Marketing).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience handling chat and call-based client communication.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales management tools (preferred).

Qualification

• O’ Levels / A’ Levels preferred (Candidates with strong communication will also be considered).
