Job Description:

Alfonick International is hiring a Front Sales Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in converting Meta and PPC leads into clients. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-driven, and experienced in closing inbound digital marketing leads.

Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound Meta and PPC leads into paying clients
• Contact and follow up with leads via phone, email, and social platforms
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable digital services
• Upsell and cross-sell SEO, Web development, Design, App Development and Marketing services
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets ($5,000 – $8,000+)
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or lead conversion
• Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google PPC leads
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet revenue targets consistently
• Experience using CRM tools and managing pipelines

Preferred:

• Background in digital marketing or IT services
• Experience with international clients
