About the Role:
Experts Communication is seeking a skilled and motivated Front Sales Specialist – Design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Design Sales, with proven expertise in client handling, upselling, and business development within the design or web industry.

Salary & Incentives:

• Basic Salary: PKR 100,000 – 300,000 (based on experience and performance)
• Sales Target: USD 5,000 – 15,000
• Company-Maintained Car (based on target achievement – T&C apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Make outbound calls and communicate professionally with clients to promote company services.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships through active engagement and follow-ups.
• Convert leads from platforms such as Bark.com, Discord, and others into successful deals.
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Sales, preferably in the design or web development sector.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work in the night shift.
• Effective time management and leadership skills.
