FT - Dispatch Team Office Manager - PM

We are A&H Cartage in Eagan, a local family owned operation, looking to add somebody to our small office dispatch team to start as soon as possible.

Starting pay range is between $46,000 - 52,000.

This is a full-time entry level, permanent position, Monday through Friday in office. Some weekend work possible, but very infrequent.

Shift times can vary but will usually begin around 12pm (flexible) and typically go until 8pm. Hours will vary depending on volume of work.

This is a hands on, involved position in a small office, very casual setting. You will help manage a team of truck drivers and warehouse employees. You will process all the incoming paperwork nightly to prepare for invoicing which includes data entry and imaging. You will work independently and close the office every night.

Responsibilities include phone and email correspondence, being the point of contact for drivers and customers to handle conflict resolution, managing multiple accounts, invoice processing, shipment quoting and entry, among other customer service and clerical duties.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft products necessary. Knowledge of the trucking/logistics field as well as Twin Cities metro area is helpful.

Problem solving skills under high pressure situations, quick thinking, good organization, effective communication, and ability to meet deadlines are a must.
