<Overview>
Job Summary
We’re hiring a reliable, organized full-charge bookkeeper and office manager to handle financial operations and day-to-day office administration. This is an in-office a hands-on role for a detail-oriented self-starter who can maintain accurate books, manage billing and collections, and keep the office running smoothly.
<Responsibilities>
· Support HR tasks: new-hire onboarding, benefits enrollment coordination, time-off tracking
· Accounts payable/receivable
· Trust accounting compliant with legal/ethical rules; prepare trust account reconciliations and reports
· Payroll processing - coordinate with payroll provider
· Monthly financial close, prepare financial statements and basic reports for partners
· Assist with budgeting and cash-flow tracking
· Manage office operations: primarily vendor relationships and equipment maintenance (i.e. coordinate with outside vendors - IT, copier, accounting, benefits)
· Implement and maintain office policies and procedures; suggest workflow improvements
<Requirements>
Pay: $27.06 - $32.59 per hour
