Are you an experienced, detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a close-knit, family-run environment? Our well-established import and distribution company is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AR/AP, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance

Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports

Handle inventory tracking, cost accounting, and vendor payments

Coordinate with our CPA for tax preparation and year-end reporting

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Support management with budgeting and cash flow analysis

Qualifications:

5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise) and Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Understanding of inventory accounting and cost allocation

Ability to work independently in a small-office setting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
