Full Charge Bookkeeper

Overview
Our grassroots warehouse is seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This vital role offers the opportunity to manage comprehensive accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial operations. The ideal bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining employee financial records, receiving and invoicing paperwork, and calculating and completing tax documents. This position is perfect for a motivated professional eager to contribute to our budding team, by maintaining precise financial records and supporting overall fiscal health.

Duties

  • Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management of wholesale and retail accounts
  • Oversee payroll processing, 401k accounts and tax filings while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including budget analysis and account reconciliations for internal review or external audits
  • Experience executing reports using point-of-sale software
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory audits and adjustments
  • Knowledge of payroll management systems like ADP along with tax experience related to payroll taxes and filings
  • Strategize and identify points to increase bookkeeping effeciency

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
