Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. This role requires a self-motivated professional capable of handling full-cycle bookkeeping with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and accruals
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Manage payroll, payroll tax filings, and year-end reporting
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
• Assist with 401(k) administration and employee benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate degree required
• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
