Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.

● Design and implement RESTful APIs with robust error handling and security.

● Build responsive, component-based UIs in React with clean architecture and reusable code.

● Manage application state efficiently using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or React Query.

● Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and aggregations for performance.

● Implement authentication and authorization (JWT/session-based).

● Apply security best practices — input validation, rate limiting, helmet, and CORS confi guration.

● Optimize performance on both frontend and backend for scalability.

● Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for deployment, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

● Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and database structures.

Technical Skills:

A candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in each of the following:

● Frontend React

● Backend Node.js + Express

● Database MongoDB

● General Development:

○ Strong Git/GitHub workflow understanding (branching, pull requests, code review).

○ Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or similar deployment platforms.

○ Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Supertest) is a plus.
