Full Stack Developer (MERN)

We are looking for Web Engineer (NodeJS):

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate multiple data sources into unified systems.
• Implement robust security measures for data protection, secure storage, and access management in line with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application defects and provide timely technical support, including handling urgent issues outside of regular business hours.
• Work with databases, both relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB), optimizing queries and database structure for performance and reliability.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for source code management and collaborative development.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve processes and application performance.
• Document development processes, including database schema designs, APIs, and system workflows, to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with the team to design scalable, centralized architectures, considering accessibility and security compliance.
• Leverage modern architectural practices such as microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless environments where applicable.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on development experience in Node.js and building production-ready web applications.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (React preferred).
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), web services, and API design/consumption.
• Experience in implementing testable, reusable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and design patterns.
• Proven experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of security standards, data protection, and secure storage practices.
• Familiarity with modern architectural trends such as microservices, containerization, and serverless computing is a plus.
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a unified, optimized system.
• Strong documentation skills for system architecture, database schemas, and APIs.
• Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and keeping up-to-date with technology trends.

This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job & the starting salary would be 40K-60K as per professional experience + other allowances.

The position is available within VT ISB & PSH Offices, The ISB Office is adjacent to G-13 Metro Station Srinagar highway, whereas the Peshawar Office is at Jawad Towers, Uni Road - you can switch to any at your convenience.
