Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency Boise is currently seeking several full-time and part-time professional nannies to join our growing team serving families throughout the Boise Metro area.

Our nannies are trusted partners to the families we serve. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about childcare and who take pride in creating safe, engaging, and loving environments where children can thrive.

This is a wonderful opportunity for experienced caregivers who enjoy building meaningful connections with families while maintaining flexibility in their schedules.

Scheduling Flexibility

You choose the shifts that fit your availability. Once you are on the Twinkle Toes schedule, you can also pick up additional backup care shifts and babysitting opportunities, giving you the ability to grow your hours.

$18 - $22 hourly

Typical Responsibilities Include:

• Providing attentive care for infants, toddlers, and school-age children
• Planning fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities
• Supporting daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime
• Light housekeeping related to the children
• Preparing simple meals and snacks for children
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and nurturing environment

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of 3 years of childcare or nanny experience
• CPR certified or willing to obtain certification
• Excellent childcare references
• Clean driving, civil, and criminal background check
